Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
Open Payme → Settings → Privacy centre → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and deletion starts immediately.
By email
Email support@payme.ind.in from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and sessions
- All devices and their upload authorisations
- All stored messages, transactions and declared identifiers
- Subscription state (your Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately)
Security and access logs required by law are retained for one year, then deleted. Nothing else is kept, and no copy is held for analytics.
